ADRIAN ARMSTRONG

Adrian was born in London, England and moved to Montreal, Canada with his family when he was in grade school. After graduation, Adrian taught high school, with a specialization in helping children with special needs. After several years of teaching, Adrian decided to change careers and began working as a professional photographer. His photography work eventually lead him to the West Coast where he settled in Vancouver.

It was during this time that Adrian sustained a serious back injury that was incapacitating, and left him unable to work or even enjoy life. He spent years searching for an effective solution for his back pain, and after trying a variety of treatments and bodywork, both traditional and alternative, Adrian began to study Tai Chi. It was also during this time that Adrian found a practitioner that was finally able to bring his body into alignment.

Realizing that Tai Chi and alignments were the answer for his crippling back problems, Adrian began to learn all he could about health science, effective nutritional supplementation, body alignment, and the philosophy and practice of, the martial art, Tai Chi. The difference these health and wellness practices made to Adrian's life was so profound, he decided to dedicate himself to helping others, through being a health coach, teaching Tai Chi and Chi-Gong and by doing alignments and professional massage.
